Refund/Return Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, along with the original receipt, and returned in the original, unopened package. Patterns, books, and digital products are not returnable/refundable.

Used sewing machines and vintage sewing machine parts are sold “AS IS” and are not returnable.

Shipping is not refundable.
